Colleen Nicholas Music Studios offers voice lessons for all levels, starting from ages 8 and up. The voice is a unique instrument as no two voices are the same. Consequently, voice training is often misunderstood. The studio provides voice students with the necessary tools they need to comprehend their instrument and learn how to use it correctly, in order to develop a healthy, robust voice with stamina and flexibility. Students will learn how to maintain the health of their voice, how to warm up effectively, how to do vocal exercises to strengthen their voice, and ultimately how to stylize a song to suit their preferences. The studio offers lessons in contemporary, musical theatre, jazz, and classical music. Customized lesson plans are designed for each student to meet their desires, requirements, and interests. Plans can also be modified as needed.

Colleen Nicholas Music Studios offers piano lessons for all levels, starting at age 6. The piano is a fundamental instrument that not only has the power to create beautiful acoustic sounds but can also serve as a great introduction to music, providing skills that easily transfer to other instruments. The studio teaches fundamental principles of piano performance and music theory, as well as intermediate and advanced genres including classical, jazz, blues, pop, and more. Additionally, the studio offers lessons on accompaniment. This is helpful for individuals interested in accompanying themselves while singing or playing as a member of a band. Custom lesson plans are tailored to each student to accommodate their wants, needs, and interests. Plans can also be adjusted along the way.
